01 — Fees

Fees and rebates.

Fees for appointments will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Medicare

Medicare rebates may be available for eligible clients with:

  • A Mental Health Treatment Plan
  • A valid referral from a GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician where applicable

If you are planning to claim a Medicare rebate, please ensure you have the relevant referral documentation before your appointment, or discuss this with your referring practitioner.

Private health insurance

Private health insurance rebates may also depend on your level of cover and your insurer. Please check directly with your health fund for advice about your eligibility.

02 — Appointments

Telehealth appointments.

All appointments are currently offered via secure telehealth. You will receive a link to your session at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a cancellation fee.
